A Special Literary Engagement with Literary Writers Network
To Support the next "Best Of" print edition of 10,000 Tons of Black Ink
Friday, November 4, 2011
7:00 – 9:00 p.m.
$3 suggested donation
Our readings are a collaborative effort by Chicago-area writers and readers who are interested in promoting literary expression and appreciation for the literary arts. The evening will include readings by Denis Underwood, Chad Peterson, Sue Fox, Stephen Markley, and Willy Nast. Plus we’ll have a silent auction offering many great prizes.
All proceeds will go towards the next print publication of 10,000 Tons of Black Ink, which features the strongest pieces published online at www.10ktobi.org.
Literary Writers Network (LWN) is an organization dedicated to literary excellence through the advancement and promotion of emerging fiction and creative non-fiction writers. LWN offers a bimonthly Chicago writing group coupled with an online writing community and special literary reading events throughout the year. It also publishes the literary publication 10,000 Tons of Black Ink, featuring regular online publishing and an annual “Best Of” edition.
